Cataldo Hits Homerun with Boston Red Sox
Cataldo Ambulance Service is pleased to announce the awarding of the exclusive contract to provide emergency ambulance services to Fenway Park and the Boston Red Sox. Terms of this contract includes coverage for all Red Sox home games and events at Fenway Park during the 2011 calendar year. Cataldo Ambulance Service is honored to be named the premier provider of emergency services to nearly 40,000 fans each game. The Fenway Park contract represents Cataldo's second contract of a major Boston Area sports venue.


Cataldo EMTs Deliver Important Care to Celtics Player, Marquis Daniels
Since 1998, Cataldo Ambulance has been the exclusive provider of emergency services to the Boston Bruins, Celtics and TD Garden. Cataldo's EMTs and Paramedics cover all Bruins and Celtics home games in the first aid station located on the fourth floor as well as strategically placed throughout the venue. On Sunday, February 6th, Cataldo crew members were called into action as Celtics player, Marquis Daniels suffered a spinal injury on the court. Footage seen below shows the patient care and quick transport delivered by Cataldo's staff.

Cataldo Ambulance Goes the Extra Mile at the Boston Marathon
After gearing up for opening day at Fenway, Cataldo's crews will prepare to provide comprehensive emergencyCataldo's crews will prepare to provide comprehensive emergency medical coverage to the 115th Annual Boston Marathon on April 19, 2011. medical coverage to the 115th Annual Boston Marathon on April 19, 2011. Coverage for this exhausting and popular spectator event requires coverage and detailed planning along all 26.2 miles. As the 911 Emergency Medical Service provider to the City of Newton since December of 2009, Cataldo provides medical coverage and treatment areas throughout the City including staffing a medical tent at Newton City Hall, multiple bike teams and numerous Advanced Life Support (ALS) and Basic Life Support (BLS) ambulances covering the North and South sides of the city. Last year's 2010 marathon brought 23,176 runners to the starting line of the race amongst countless fans to cheer on participants.

Cataldo Ambulance Service is honored to take part in providing the most critical services for athletes and fans involved in all of these major Boston sporting events.
