About Cataldo Ambulance Service Since 1977, Cataldo Ambulance Service, Inc., has continually distinguished itself as a leader in providing routine and emergency medical services. As the needs of the community and the patient change, we continue to introduce innovative programs to ensure the highest level of care is available to everyone in our service areas. For over 30 years, we have been making great strides in developing strong, long-term relationships with our patients and accounts. Our ability to quickly change policies and procedures to meet the changing needs of the health care system has enabled us to establish and maintain relationships that are unrivaled in our industry. We remain focused on providing prompt, high-quality patient care at the Advanced Life Support and Basic Life Support levels. The Cataldo Family Cataldo Ambulance Service remains one of the most respected family owned providers of medical transportation in the Northeast. The company was founded on the "personal" approach to providing services and every patient is considered "part of the family". There are three family members, all who play an important role in ensuring that the philosophy of the company remains an integral part of the decision making process and future of the organization. Robert, Diana and Dennis Cataldo are life long residents of the Boston area and they continue to live within the primary service areas of the company. It is as important today as it was in 1977 to be part of the community and retain the very highest reputation. The family is very active in many business organizations and service groups as part of the commitment to giving back to the community. Areas We Serve Cataldo and Atlantic Ambulance (a division of Cataldo Ambulance Service) are proud to provide frontline EMS services to twelve communities throughout the Greater Boston and North Shore areas. We are proud to serve the following communities: Somerville, Chelsea, Everett, Revere, Malden, Melrose, Newton, Saugus, Lynn, Salem, Peabody and Marblehead. With base locations throughout all of our 911 communities, Cataldo and Atlantic Ambulance have a wide service area dedicating emergency services, primary backup services, as well as medical transportation to a number of nursing homes, hospitals and other medical facilities throughout the Greater Boston and North Shore areas.
